Septic Riser Installation in Conway, NH

A riser gives your septic tank an easy access portal for inspection and pumping, right at ground level. You never have to question where your tank is again, and nobody has to dig up the lawn to reach it.

It is a one-time cost that pays off for the whole lifetime of the system: every future pump-out and inspection gets faster and simpler.

What a riser actually is

Some septic tanks sit deep in the ground, and anything deeper than 12 inches should have a riser on it. The riser is a sturdy plastic tube that sits over the opening of the tank, held in place by the surrounding soil, with a lid secured on top with screws. Once installed, it brings the tank opening up to grade.

Why homeowners add one

  • No more digging, or paying for digging, at every service visit
  • The tank location is always known and always reachable
  • Faster service in an emergency, when time actually matters
  • Easily added while the tank is already open for a pump-out
